The GateWay Experience is not just a catchy phrase to lure people into acts of service. It is the heart of those who had a hand in the church’s development from the early days. The meager beginning of Church in a living room has seen a progression of a few coming alongside, to a cohesive group joining together with an identity. The identity is in Christ, one of belonging, ownership and optimism. “This is my Church”, and I believe that if you walk through our doors, you will see an example of Christ’s love and grace in action. We believe in a proactive approach to people visiting GateWay. We will not leave the lives of our friends and acquaintances to chance or circumstance.

My name is Daniel Petersen. My wife Niki, son Connor and daughter Abby moved to Tennessee with Pastor Charlie, Gina and Annie to help make this happen. We have grown to love the area and the people. We now call the Franklin area our home. I enjoy the outdoors, sporting events and have a heart for world missions. I am a task oriented person who God has been teaching a new love and passion for people. I am wired for the challenge and hurdles of starting something new and watching it grow. I enjoy seeing others reach their potential in Christ and then pass it on. When Christ is met head on, our lives are never the same. We should become contagious.
